My first motivational talk tomorrow. 🎤📈💫🚀🏆
Two Talks Down – And More to Come 🚀🎤🏆 This week marks a big milestone for me – not one, but TWO motivational talks in the bag! At the start of the year, this was just a dream in the distance… and now it’s HAPPENING Still feels surreal – but we’re rolling! But this post isn’t just about me – it’s about YOU 🔥 At the beginning of the year, the energy was HIGH ⚡ Goals. Intentions. Big visions. Then life happens… and sometimes it all dips and falls away. So let me ask you: What have YOU achieved this year that you set out to do? 👀✨ I want to hear it! Maybe you hit your best streak? 🔁 Maybe you made a small change that created BIG results? Maybe not everything has gone to plan – but you’ve made progress And that’s what matters 💪 This is your proof that change is possible That you’re capable of more than you think That those small promises to yourself add up to something MASSIVE 🚀 Let’s celebrate the wins – big AND small! 🏆 Drop them in the comments and let’s lift each other up You’ve got this. Let’s keep going. Let’s keep growing. #DoBetter #TrueSelf #SmallStepsBigChange #YouCanToo Let’s GOOOO 🗣️🔥🚀 — Scott

Well done @Scott Thomas you got this 🙌🏻✨
Lightbulb moment- following what motivates you 💡
Morning lovelies, Looking for recommendations of episodes of ‘Learning as I go” that focus on: -Making a lifestyle change -Starting your own small business -Following your passion I listened to the Izzy Utterson episode at the gym this morning and loved it! Looking for similar episodes as I’m a newbie to the podcast. I left class teaching in 2023. I fully believe I was born to be a teacher in some capacity and I’m fully motivated now to start aiming towards creating my own tutoring business- 1:1 and small groups…focusing on learning and wellbeing rolled into one. We have only got one life and need to live it doing what we enjoy ☺️ 🙌🏻

@Lya Kilbane really like this idea! Will give it a try. I’m a very visual person so this should be helpful for me, thank you x
The Easter Break and My Social Media Detox
How was everyone’s Bank Holiday weekend? 🌤️ Mine was rejuvenating and wholesome. I spent more time walking with Juno, taking care of me and focusing on my future goals 🎯 – goals that have become super clear since I completed my vision board 🖼️. Sometimes, you’ve got to do what’s right for you – and for me, that meant stepping away from social media 📵. I realised I was spending far too much time scrolling, so I removed all the apps and gave myself a proper reset. When you’re clear on where you want to go or what you want to change, it becomes easier to spot what’s getting in the way 🧠. Sometimes, the biggest challenge isn’t starting something new – it’s stopping the things that are holding you back. Since doing my vision board, I feel laser-focused 🔥 on what lies ahead. And anything that doesn’t align with that? I’m committed to letting it go. The good news for all of you here is that you’re the testing ground for some of the concepts we’re developing – so watch this space 👀✨ Have you ever taken a break from social media? What did you notice?🧭 Do you know what you need to stop doing in order to move forward?🪞 What’s one thing you'd love to remove from your daily routine to feel more aligned? Drop your thoughts below – I’d love to hear where you're at 👇👇

I thought you’d been quiet on here Scott, sometimes a social media detox is so needed! We are all guilty of it consuming too much of our everyday lives 😂 I had a lovely weekend, my brother and sister in law had a bbq on Sunday so lots of family time for us 🙌🏻♥️
Making time for things I enjoy… 👩‍🍳
One of them being baking- mini egg fudge 🥚 cooking and baking always helps to relax my mind…even if I will be rolling to Spain in a few weeks 😂😂

Dating in your 30s 🆘 🤣
I’m going to sound like a Negative Nancy here but I will go ahead anyway…… I am a very positive person but is there anyone else who is getting back into dating who would rather just SKIP the awkward dating part? I’m super sociable etc but just don’t enjoy first dates…..at all, but to the point I’m holding myself back. In an ideal world I would just meet my future husband not have to go through all the frogs first 😂🤣 Saturday negativity over guys ✌️

@Helen Julia Breakwell girllll, don’t even joke! I literally said this to my mum the other week, I’m becoming more likely to meet my future husband in Aldi than I am in a nightclub 👵🏻 🤣🤣
