Chart’s nice to see all the benefits in one place!
Don't sabotage your progress for the holidays!
With family gatherings and all the "yummy" treats around us, it is difficult to stay on track. Some key behaviors that can set you up for success: 1. Eat before going out for drinks 2. Bring food that you prefer to eat 3. Don't go if you can't control yourself 4. understand that if you slip up... don't burn the wagon down, get back on and try to do better.

I love this!
Why cow?
This chart by keto-adapted says it all! Over the past 100+ years, we have been misled into thinking that we need to eat our veggies by a bunch of vegans/vegetarians. Even though there is less than no evidence showing they provide any kind of benefit for us.

Thank you!
Are carbs really that bad for you???
for most people, yes! consuming excessive amounts of carbohydrates leads to chronic inflammation which leads to illness and disease. So, how much is too much? I recommend keeping your gross carbohydrates (not subtracting out fiber) less than 100 grams per day. Some will need to be even less than that. I consume about 14 grams of carbs a day. Find your number and stick with it... you will feel better and regardless of what you have going on in your body, you will see improvement. One important note - you have to stick with it for minimum of 90 days, no exception.
