What's a good day wear and evening wear hat? I'm talking for all around basically daily use

I was aiming for a strong corporate look for a branding photo at the real estate brokerage where I’m an agent. I wore a custom black two-piece suit with a subtle sheen, made in Hong Kong, paired with a crisp white shirt and a power red tie. I finished the look with black socks and black slightly shined shoes.(not in the photo) That said, I’m not entirely sure how this outfit aligns with today’s standards for a modern corporate image. I’ve done my homework and looked into current best practices, but I’d still appreciate some feedback. Should I have skipped the tie? Are there any areas where I could refine or improve the look?

What are some of the ways you handle accidental spills or stains on your clothing? Example, you are out at dinner with your significant other or a group of friends and you get tomato soup on your shirt. You can’t go home right away and change. What do you do? The altar colors are still white so once again I started with a shirt as a base. As it is starting to be warm out, I decided to wear these brown tropical weight wool trousers with a light blue stripe. From there I choose a half lined blue sports coat, a white pocket square in a presidential fold and a black and maroon floral tie with just a touch of blue. Since it is after May 15 I choose a blue straw fedora. And finally like the last few Sunday (accept last.week) I choose to wear these brown tropical Brown, blue and black Italian Spectators.
