I just got home from hanging with some friends and I am hungry, so I am eating. I am not going to bed hungry. I had some sourdough bread, grass fed butter, and honey. Something that hits the spot and still supports the body I am building. Always eat. We are not starving ourselves. We are eating. We are fueling. When you eat, your muscles grow. And when your muscles grow, they build proteins that burn fat.
