CREATING ENTHUSIASM
In order to become enthusiastic about doing something, I have to create an expectation of some kind of a reward upon completion of a task: emotional, material, etc., Would it make me incomplete? Can one be complete and enthusiastic about doing something at the same time?
THINKING/WORRYING ABOUT THE FUTURE
I missed the first 15 minutes of the last session. Perhaps I didn't hear some important points. Is thinking/worrying about the future different from planning ahead/ being aware or even somewhat worried about certain imaginary but likely situations and being prepared for them? Gazelles are happily grazing in plain view of a lion pride. Cute rabbits are munching on leaves and grass. Are they happy and complete? They probably are...until they are killed and eaten.

I haven't read the book yet, but I definitely will. Thanks for the picture.
BEING COMPLETE
From a "Consciousness Weekly" older e-mail: "During the week contemplate your own ideals and grasp an experience of being complete, not lacking anything. Have nothing to attain, no social goals, no future ideal life to realize. Allow yourself to be complete." If I feel complete, what will motivate me to do anything: to exercise, improve my current skills, learn new skills, get on a healthier diet, etc.? Can I just lie in bed, eat, sleep and be happy and complete for the rest of my life?
