Week 4 Recap - Incredible Feedback
Last week, we launched our first poll to better understand our rapidly growing community. I am thrilled with the massive response we got, it will help shape the coming weeks and months, so thank you! To try to summarize the poll in one giant run on sentence: "We're a group of runners, lifters, and cyclists who cross-train regularly and who want to learn how to use AI to sharpen our own training, build real consumer apps, and grow the community through team-focused events." The poll by the numbers: 1) 90%+ of us our regular athletes looking to improve our own personal training! - This was probably the most surprising statistic to me, as when I first launched this community, I anticipated it to be mainly coaches looking to learn how to improve their coaching platforms, but while that still represents 31% of us, it was not the most! 2) 39% of us are looking to learn how to build apps - I love building and tinkering with software, so I am super pumped a lot of people are in the same boat as me! - This is probably the area that was the biggest shift in content direction for me, as instead of launching a coaches only portal right away, I will broaden this to be focused more on traditional D2C 3) 65% of us are runners, followed next by lifters and bodybuilders - It's great to see so many people interested in running, as that is my biggest athletic passion too! - Cycling and triathlon were closely behind! - More strength focused stuff coming right up - probably my worst discipline, so will be fun to learn (any hybrid folks are serious lifters in the group, send me a DM - I want to learn what works)! 4) 60% of people are interested in developing community through team events! - I am so glad to hear this, as one of my biggest reasons for starting this community is to meet other liked minded people - We can start with some virtual ones and then as we grow can try to arrange some in person ones! 5) Some specific asks from folks that I will make sure get added to the roadmap (tried to summarize and many of these were asked multiple times!)

Looking forward to the intervals.icu integration!
Advanced Athlete OS is live (Level 2 unlock)
Just dropped the first lesson of the new advanced Athlete OS! This will be the first part of the advanced series where we take the Athlete OS beyond our local computer and into our every day lives. The idea - your AI coach is only as good as how your data is organized. So this one gives your Athlete OS a real brain. You take everything you've built and turn it into a connected wiki vault: your whole training history structured, tagged, and linked so your AI can actually remember all of it. What that gets you is way better answers. Instead of reacting to your last few runs, it reasons over years of your real data - and the more you feed it, the sharper it gets. It's able to draw inferences across your entire data set and provide you actionable results aimed at improving your training. One catch - it's locked at Level 2. Easy to hit though. You level up from likes on your posts and comments, and Level 2 is just 5 points. So introduce yourself, post a win, and comment on a few other people's posts. That unlocks it. See you in there. Course here: https://www.skool.com/athlete-ai-community/classroom/e8195ec4?md=ff851d9fea8f4363b69c0444f7214a23 I'll be posting the remaining initial videos of the Advanced Series later this week, so if you get through this one, hang tight as the others are coming! Pumped to get feedback and see what you all can build! Kevin

Thanks for this!
Welcome to Athlete AI. Introduce Yourself!
Glad you're here. I'm Kevin, an ultrarunner & triathlete (Leadville 100 was my most fun race). I'm not a tech guru. I got curious about AI, realized I could build training tools tailored exactly to me from my own data, and it actually worked. Now I want to teach you to do the same and connect with people building cool things in fitness with AI. That's the whole idea: learn something genuinely interesting, build stuff that's truly yours, and do it alongside like-minded people. Zero coding required. Five steps to start: 1. Introduce yourself in the feed. Something like: "Hi, I'm Steve, I run trail ultras and can't wait to build with AI!" 2. Complete the intro poll so we know we can build the content around what you want: Athlete AI Poll 3. Watch Start Here course (top of the Classroom). Two minutes. 4. Do Day 0 in the 7-Day Challenge: Set Up Your Workshop. 5. Post in Wins as you finish each day, tagged (#Day0Ready). We celebrate every one. The setup day is the hardest part, and we get everyone through it. Stuck? Post what you tried and someone (often me) will get you unstuck. Let's build. Follow the road to The Rut.

Hi, I'm Alex. I'm mainly a trail runner but also starting to do some road events as well. I've got a busy few months coming up as I attempt to get enough UTMB stones to secure a ballot place in Chamonix next year, and also chasing a sub-3 marathon before the end of this year too - excited to see how AI can help me achieve that.

@Kevin Rudd I'm on 10 at the moment, I should have 14 by the end of the year - hopefully that's enough to get through!
Day 6 question
Hi I've been working through Day 6 and have had Claude come back to me with this feedback following the Monday weekly routine prompt: "One process note: the scheduled task instructions point to .claude/skills/weekly-review/pull-week.ps1 (PowerShell), but that script doesn't exist — the actual .claude/skills/weekly-review/SKILL.md uses direct curl calls against the Strava API instead. Not a blocker today since there was nothing to pull, but next Monday's real review (covering Jul 20–26) will hit this mismatch. Worth updating the scheduled task's step 3 to match the real skill, or adding the missing script — your call." I can't seem to find anything related to pull-week.ps1 (PowerShell) and have followed all the steps until this point. What exactly do I need to update? Thanks in advance for the feedback. This really is incredible!
