Try this: DRAW YOUR FEAR 💀 Instead of avoiding your fear, try sketching it. Give it a shape, a face, a name, or a symbol. Once it’s on paper, it loses its power over you. @Andrew Law powerful share my brother🔥 Writing this is a great step for you…sharing it publicly is a MASSIVE step. Most people don’t share this vulnerably, thank you🙏🏽 Keep at this writing technique as much as possible, this is what shadow work is all about…you will progress more if you consistently do this…I PROMISE. A technique I use is conversing with my future self…the version of me who is doing the things I truly want to do…and then ask them how they did it;)

@Cristiana Leone We live in an age of distraction FOR SURE. And to have Adhd on top of that, that must be tough! Personally, I definitely think I have attention deficit issues;) So I work in short time blocks, or 'sprints.' 20 minutes. I set a phone timer, put the phone far away from me, and force myself to do the thing that I need to do...whether it's drawing an eye, cleaning the kitchen, or working out. Have you tried these short timer 'sprints' before?

That can be a good habit too, just jumping right in after waking up. Inktober is gonna be great for your daily 20-30 minute drawing practice to come online;) And great drawing btw! 🙌

It’s about CONSISTENCY.....proving to your brain that you can show up every single day, even for 20 minutes, and create something. Even if it's just stick figures!
