Hey team While I'm at the desk for a moment, I thought it might be the perfect chance to check in and see how everyone is doing! I've had a client referred to me for further training support from a local dog trainer (way cool huh!) and have been enjoying the challenges and lessons with pack walking - a recent highlight for me is controlling the chaos that could come with having 10 dogs under my care on this day. I hit 90+ % marks on all of my course work this year and will resume next year after Feburary so looking forward to that all getting completed by the middle of the year... I know some of you have some awesome wins to share lately too and with the end of the year coming up so quickly, I'd hate to miss hearing them - so ... your turn, let me hear your wins!!!

how to start a second YouTube channel
Hello marketers - I have a question about YouTube if anyone has any insights about this please. I had a YouTube channel in my name, renamed it to a business name. Now I would also like another business YouTube channel. My question is - do I just stay in the First Business channel and create another channel from there? Or do I need to get another email address, and create another channel from scratch for the Second Business channel? Thanks in advance for any insights :)

Hi, there are a couple of things to consider. First, if/when you monetize, do you want to have different Adsense accounts? If yes, then you probably want different emails. If no, then you don't need another email. Second, are you doing alone or with others? If you are working with others, set up your email first that will be shared as changing emails/ownership later is a giant pain in the ass. If you are going at it solo, then a single email with multiple channels should be good.

@Mary Crampton Only thing for you to consider going the "new" email route is that you'll need to verify your account before you can unlock certain features in YouTube. For example, you can't post a video over a certain amount of time, or you are also limited to the number of videos you can upload. Shouldn't be a problem as verification is easy, but I've had a channel where verifying was a challenge and had to pull in YouTube support.
