Alex raises some great questions, my 2 cents is to try and keep things simple and what you could do is create a test channel for the Second Business channel, and do this under your existing login and google profile. Give it a name, but don't register a handle yet, just test it out by creating the channel, uploading a test video or two and then practice by switching between the two channels and make sure that this is all working OK for you. If its all working, and as long as you've taken into consideration Alex's comments, then this should work OK. If not, its not a huge deal to create a free Gmail account and set up an entirely new channel independently of your first channel.
