I’m curious to see: • hydration % • fermentation time • what flour you’re using Since you mentioned you have a sourdough starter, you could even try using a small amount of it in the dough if you want to experiment. That’s exactly what we do here as Fermenters — bake, test things, and improve step by step. Looking forward to seeing your results 🍕

@Omar Ansari Hey Omar, welcome to the group — great to have you here! And honestly, being a veteran at eating pizza is a very solid starting point 🍕 The Ninja Artisan oven can actually make some really nice pizzas once you get used to it, especially around that 650°F range. Also great that you already have a sourdough starter. We’ll definitely experiment with sourdough, poolish, and biga in the group.
