I’ve got a buyer, he’s looking for land and I found land from a seller looking to sell like yesterday ( literally he wanted to sell yesterday and has total 5 pieces of land he’s selling) but the problem is it’s land property. I’ve looked into the dealulator site and looked into the videos I’ve gotten unlocked thus far but the only thing I got for it was “ That’s a whole other beast “. Is that done in the same method and where can I get the proper information to seal this deal or deals?

Hello everyone. I am looking forward to this. So scared to get started. Listening to the videos from the modules an hoping that I can do this. I have thoughts crowding my mind that there aren't any deals out there for me to find. Just trying to remain positive and motivated.

I asked myself this question over and over and the answer is the same: Because it WORKS!I have followed the Flip Man for a while now but the success of others did not seem so attainable for me. So I sat on the fence and watched and watched... But something he said this time really resonated and hit home: Fear is expensive. I've attended so many webinars, seminars, and workshops; invested so much time (and money), only to take NO ACTION, because I was scared. But there is nothing to fear here. My WHY is now greater than my fear. I have so much resting on my need to succeed so taking massive action is now imperative. I'm planning to create a place in my community for homeless veteran women and I need a way to fund it. I also want to be able to help sellers in distress by connecting with buyers who may be willing to purchase the contract from me. I want to create wins for everybody. Wholesaling is the way. I must have the courage step out on faith now because fear is NOT in my budget!
