1. Less sitting 2. More mobility work 3. Go on walks 4. More hip extension stuff 5. More hip cars 6. Add more Lumbar spine stuff!!! 7. Internal rotation focused things 8. There is nothing special about “pigeon”…so explore your pigeon 9. End range hinges and circles (straight gold) 10. Progressive loading into your end ranges of hip (rotation, flexion, extension, abduct, adduct)
