Early Wins!
-12km run/session with trainer -1-1 sessions PLUS a session with my coach, we spoke about my relocating to Spain plan and hatched a PLAN of action. -About to step out and witness The Bonfires Of San Juan taking place on the beach in front of my place. -Saw a couple's card get declined at the grocery store. Once it was my turn to pay, I bought their stuff, tracked them down and gave it to them. (Cigarettes, a lighter, tinfoil, toothbrushes) Tomorrow: -Get my CRAVE Enrollment Architecture finished -Day 9 #LIVEHARD

Healing and Moving Forward
Today's win wasn't glamorous, but it was important. Had surgery today and had 5 plantar warts removed from my feet. Not exactly how I planned to spend the day, but I'm grateful I got it done before my Black Belt promotion and before my move to Mexico. Recovery starts now. There were some wins on the job front, I finalized more of my Mexico logistics, and my teeth whitening trays arrive today so I can keep working on myself while I heal. Another unexpected win: I ran into Francis, an old friend from my party days. He's now 4 years sober and invited me to join his NA meeting next week. Life has a funny way of bringing people back into your path when you need them most. Sometimes winning isn't about crushing a workout or landing a huge opportunity. Sometimes it's taking care of your health, staying sober another day, and making decisions that your future self will thank you for. One day at a time. #Sobriety #Recovery #SWK #OneDayAtATime #ProgressNotPerfection #BJJLifestyle #Healing #PersonalGrowth #Gratitude #KeepGoing

Healing and Moving Forward
Rough weekend
Had a horrible weekend and Father's Day because there was a verbal fight. But it kind of has turned around, I mean at least she doesn't want a divorce so has to mean something. Not looking for likes or anything, just posting here as my journal, love all you guys and gals here and you do make me stronger knowing I have this community. I may be gone for a while but just knowing in my head if I ever need to get something out I have this and my community and online friends.

Take care of yourself, focus on what's in front of you, and know that this community will still be here whenever you need support, to vent, or just to check in. Wishing you strength and better days ahead.
Sunday wins
Yesterday me and my friend did a really hard hike to get to this beautiful river. Despite me falling and cutting my toe I kept going. The river was so worth it and I was proud of myself for showing my true strength. Also my dog had a blast. My friend also had a weed pen but I chose to stay sober. Wins all around

Daily Wins
Today was a reminder that one setback doesn't have to define the rest of the day. ✅ Had a first interview that didn't go well and left me frustrated. ✅ Chose to reset my mindset instead of carrying that energy into the rest of the day. ✅ Had a second interview that went very well and advanced to the final round with the CFO. ✅ Ran 2.6 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes. ✅ Walked Jack. ✅ Completed assessments and continued pushing forward on new opportunities. The biggest win wasn't the interview result—it was refusing to let one bad experience dictate the outcome of the rest of my day. Adapt, refocus, execute.
