Week #6 Update: What we've been cooking๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ
Over the last 6 weeks. Weโ€™ve built something extraordinary together. Weโ€™re now #325 out of 50,000+ Skool communities (worldwide). Despite kicking out 50+ members every week, weโ€™re still gaining almost 200 per week (weโ€™re almost at the 1,000 mark). Based on the posts and interactions, we understood the biggest blockers to your performance. On the 12th of November, there will be a new launch: A paid community to dive much deeper into the science of cold calling. For example: - How to nail the problem-based pitch to hook prospects in. - How to deal with objections promptly and effectively. - How to reduce cold calling anxiety. - How to build a great stack. Instantly calling back prospects who hang up on you - good idea?
Do you do it? If so, what's your success rate? I tried a few times but never got an answer. Curious to have your opinion and/or experience on that.

They answered the first time. Especially if theyโ€™re one of the only people youโ€™re able to speak to all day then yes. Iโ€™ve been cheeky before and said โ€œyou mustโ€™ve hung up on meโ€ theyโ€™ll laugh and continue the conversation from there.

I think the most important thing is knowledge on the product. I felt like I was bothering people when cold calling because I didnโ€™t understand the product which in turn meant I was actually just bothering people. So I was essentially throwing darts at a dart board down a dark hallway and hoping for it to hit the target.

@Johannes Berger well yes, now that you mention it. Even when I knew the product I still had to know the pain points. Knowing the pain points helped secure more deals than general knowledge on the product.
Cold calling openers.
Do you guys prefer funny cold calling openers, normal ones (Howโ€™s your day going) or permission openers.

Hey everyone Iโ€™m Alec! Iโ€™m a 23 year old aspiring to be an Account Executive in the next few years. My background is very broad as Iโ€™ve been in many different industries (Trucking, Social media, sales, food etc). Iโ€™ve returned to sales because Iโ€™ve learned that sales is the cheat code I need to get ahead in life! I look forward to learning from and assisting all of you.
