Hey @Tara Moreno-Wallen I'm not an editor, so I'm not sure if it's the best way to do it, but what I do with my thumbnails is this: 1. Find the image/frame I want to use from the video (Descript or Gdrive) 2. Take a screenshot 3. Upload it on the editing software 4. Do the necessary edits to improve the quality of the screenshot: remove background, upscale the image, change colours, etc. It's simple but pretty effective. You can also give that screenshot to an AI software to create your thumbnail. VidIQ is pretty good with thumbnails Again, maybe there's other ways, but I find this is pretty easy to do

@Mary Beth Gonzalez so excited about your upcoming series! This is going to build so much proof and credibility for the people who don't know your channel! I'd like to share something that can be useful both for you and the community: The challenge with series of videos (part 1, part 2, etc.) is that the new people who find your videos don't care about the whole series, they just click on a singular video to get the outcome of that specific video... that's because they don't have a relationship with you yet. So we need to treat each video as a standalone video and as an element of a series at the same time. What we do with our clients usually is package the video as a standalone video, then in the description we say something like "This part of a 5-video series, watch the other videos here: xxx" Also, in the end card we put another video from the series. And we can also create a playlist of that specific series. This way it's easier to bring more people to the rest of the series.

@David Barbarisi great job! Yes, when you create a playlist and select "podcast" it will come out as this cool looking thing that says Podcast. It's a cool feature. If you have a few minutes, it'd be great to design some very simple thumbnails, just to make the whole channel look better. Two tools I love for doing that are VidIQ & Leonardo. You can prompt them to create your thumbnails. Just give them text and an idea for the thumbnail structure

@David Barbarisi it's a good move! It's always better to remove friction, so what you're doing makes sense. I suggested those options because they don't add much friction, they're pretty fast, so you can keep them into consideration
