Where would you go from here? Qashqai washer pump not working. I’ve verified there’s no feed to pin 14, but I am getting an input from the washer switch at pin 16. HGS doesn’t show where the output/feed to pin 14 is supposed to come from, it just shows all the wires going back to the BCM. So I’m a bit stuck on where to trace it back to. Is this where OEM diagrams come into play or am I missing something

@Shah Islam Just curious but does Alldata give a pinout/connector view of the BCM? And what each pin does? I’ve moved on from this job now but tempted to get an Alldata subscription if it provides this sort of information. If you wouldn’t mind having a look mate I’d be grateful, cheers

No crank no start
Hi lads new to the group. Got a 2020 Vivaro as a no crank no start condition. Main relay powers up you can hear everything switch on and fuel pump prime. Turn the key, nothing. When bridging starter relay vehicle just cranks but doesn’t start. Where would you go from here? Vehicle also has an adblue remap if you think that could be linked. Cheers!

@Andy McCord Sorry I was meant to update, I left the job advising the garage it had to be something to do with the adblue solution, as everything showed it should’ve started. They got in contact with the company who performed the adblue solution. They came out and said they’d forgot to remove the fuse that you said to check. Van now starts and runs fine👍🏻
