CHR test
Hi guys, Iβm looking for the CHR formula, I donβt seem to have access to the 9 mile mastery anymore. Can someone point me in the right directionπ€·ββοΈ thanks

Excellent thanks @Marlies Kort , I need to do it again as Iβd increased my pace every minute and got to 20kph π€¦ββοΈ I knew there was something not quite right with that π

Hi everyone, Iβm Alan and live in Dublin Ireland, love the 9 miler method and achieved my first sub 4 hour marathon last October following the 9 mile mastery course. Currently nursing a hip injury so not running as much but nearly there π
