Just tried a quick one and this is fantastic! @Daniel Foch any plans to integrate the estimated rental pricing from Door Insight? What about adding a separate field for Property Management in the "Operating Expenses (Year 1)" section?

I've been relatively absent since my last post here - nothing is close to penciling. I did a few property tours and analyzed some more properties for flip and rental but nothing good. My market (Windsor, Ontario) is battling for the highest unemployment rate in the country and has the potential to be hit hard by tariffs (heavy automotive and tool and die). Taking a pause for a bit and will go back to the investment thesis to brainstorm.
Question: Electric Heat - Tenants Pay Hydro
Hello, Looking for insight regarding a cash flowing investment property with electric heat. Tenants pay for their Hydro, and each unit has electric heat. I have a mutual connection with an existing tenant, who has said that this unit is very cold due to the electric heat, and I speculate their is concern due to the high cost of hydro as a result. Question: - Would electric heat deter you as a landlord, due to concerns? - Would it be worth installing heat pumps in the units in this case? - How would you approach these concerns? Thank you in advance!
