Look how he talks about Israel. Look how his followers comment on Israel. He only uses Israel for one thing: to point out how crazy Hasan Piker is. However, Asmongold sees no value in the US's relationship with Israel if Israel doesn't do exactly what they say. I wouldn't take that seriously at all. Unless the AfD wins a majority (which they won't), there's no way any kind of coalition would approve that. As far as I know, no party is willing to even form a coalition with them as it stands. Maybe CDU, but they've historically said that they would never create a coalition with them. And even if they did form a coalition (which wouldn't surprise me), there would be a lot of compromises AfD would have to make. I can't imagine Germany leaving the EU anytime soon.
