Hi ... I have been licensed with wfg for about a year but haven't been able to build a team or make any sales ... any help how others are doing it would be appreciated . Thanks a lot
Hey @Harcharan Kaur, Youre gonna have to get out of your comfort zone of immediate contacts and start building relationships with other professionals and just new people in the community overall. I cant speak for what you are or are not doing as im not around you, but it seems as if you aren't taking the consistent action steps needed to get there. I remember when i was first with WFG I had to create a top 10 list and start offering simple Needs Analysis with a direct SMD or someone like that... So if you have exhausted that, Id start with looking on Meetup.com for professional networking events and/or just new hobbies to meet new community members. Start going and have a simple goal of connecting with 3-5 new people each event. Get their details and be willing to express yourself that your in the Financial Space as a "Licensed Financial Professional" whould you have your state license. But you'll also want to make a digital business card that you can track who your connecting with or be traditional and bring a small notebook to write their details down on. Make sure to be yourself and just be open that your offering to setup free financial needs analysis to provide some potential extra resources available to fill any gaps you may or may not have for your families financial future. Dont be pushy just be educational and explain that you have a process to help which is to setup a meeting with your training manager aka upline. Explain to them that you are going through training and new in the space but your hungry to "HELP" others around you which is why youd talking about what you do. The more value you can provide to your community the quicker you can grow. Hope this helps.
@Harcharan Kaur yeah it’s basically that simple. You might be overthinking it, which is totally okay. Just takes some practice and consistency and you’ll be confident enough to speak to anyone no matter where you are. I’d be more than happy to connect on a call sometime this week to explain or answer any other questions, if your interested just let me know.
