I treat it like a mom and pops restaurant. Ask for a rough idea of what we will be eating. I ve found no one questions me, they are super supportive. I typically eat like I expect the meal to be heavier in carbs and fat and get a solid amount of protien in early in the day. Then honestly I track to the best of my ability by looking at what Im eating. Im sure theres better strategies, but this has worked for me.
