I can't believe I have missed 3 meetings with Ya'll, I'm ok but miss yall, hope i can be there for the bridge. Have been digging deep into my little boy hiding, and thanks to yall my marriage is doing better, what a great group of men you all are, and I pray for all of you. Me intentions for the week are: Keep a focused positive aditude twords myself as a child of the creator and not a looser Work is going well, and my brother in law is slowly learning. Where are you building stability most right now?

That’s what unhealthy fear is. After last nights meeting I had to look at myself and ask myself what am I believing that’s appearing real but holding me back. That’s when I realized something. As a musician and artist I always wanted my work to stand out and be the subject, not me. Well that turned into an unhealthy fear to hide. I hide behind AI, even behind my book. Never even showing me just it. Well today I took credit for my work. I showed my face and presented my book in a video post. It wasn’t perfect but it was done. Perfection is a myth but excellence is the progress. I have to keep telling myself. So here I am saying that this is my book, I’m proud of it and now you can connect with me not just your idea of me.

A friend of mine made like a quick study guide or a quick walk through of my book. I’ll put it here if anyone’s curious. Idk what I’m going to do with it yet but it’s really well done and you can get through my book in 10 minutes or so.
