Gratitude post Day 5
Today I’m grateful for myself. For still trying even when my heart felt heavy. For not giving up on the day just because it wasn’t perfect. Some days don’t need big wins—they just need patience, and I gave myself that. How I feel: A little drained, but calm… like I survived today, and that’s enough. One small win: I showed up for myself, even quietly.
