I just had 2 min BREAK not to serious at all

Thank you, Zina, for asking! I have to admit that all this online community is also new for me, and I notice (ieiii!) I am struggling a little with the fact of having to deal and manage for myself with all the wonderful information you, and other members, share with us. I really love it! At the same time, It happens to be quite overwhelming! So, in order not to freeze, I decided to stop virtually "connectting" (every now and then), to be present in what actually surrounds me (people, things, scenaries I can smell, touch, taste with all my senses other than my eyes ...). It's easier for me to connect that way, to feel comfortable, save and truely me!... So far at least! ☺️
