Last night I slept at 12 & woke up 9 am ... it was more than normal...sleep score 6 ...My sleep goal this week would be I would try to sleep before 12 am night .. 11 -10 pm 🌙

Day 1 ...start a day with Moli ka pratha then 2-5 pm had 2 oranges, some slices of beet root & 3 -4 pieces sugarcane & @ 7pm had dinner which was 1 roti with mutton karahi..... & trying to complete this water bottle !! 🍶
