This mornings workout - upper, 14 total sets
chest press - 3 sets upper back row - 2 sets lat pull down - 2 sets tricep push down - 2 sets lateral raises - 2 sets bicep curls - 2 sets hammer curls - 1 set 30 minute incline walk more volume ≠ more gains. bring the intensity to every workout and you will make progress
