I have been thinking about getting one for the in depth recovery and sleep data. I'm currently using a garmin. But I'm presuming the whoop isn't able to monitor activities like running and cycling. Would I need to be wearing 2 devices when doing these? Or can the apps share data? Anyone got any experience of using a whoop and a garmin while running etc?

Goal: fuel increased training load, so increased calories 90g oats 240ml milk 5g peanut butter powder 80g mixed frozen fruits. 540 calories
Men's Emotional Eating
I want to open a discussion. Have you ever turned to food in order to help yourself feel better? I know I most certainly used alcohol and drugs to do that, and that might seem like the obvious thing to turn to. However, food can be just as damaging if we are using a drug or alcohol. Let me know your thoughts

Yes definitely. Usually on a Sunday evening after having spent the whole weekend on the beer. The mindset would be"fuck it may as well finish out the weekend" and head for a kebab and fuck knows what else.
