What do you think about thoughts?
I try to hard recognize my "thoughts'. I try to be present with them in that, if a bad one comes in my head, I recognize it, remind my self it's a thought and if I let it go any further my reality is going to suck. I'd consider myself a "glass half full" kinda' guy. For instance, when someone flies by me speeding like a maniac, I usually just think: "Eh, maybe he's prairie doggin' and he's gotta' poop really bad" When it comes to business building, creating content, putting your "thoughts" in front of people it takes a certain level of "mental fortitude" I never think: "I hope people think this is good" I always think: "I hope this finds and helps the right person" If there's 1 thing I've learned about thoughts: A Thought creates an action, an action creates a result, and that result is your reality. EX: Thought "Daaaammmn, that girl is beautiful maybe I should talk to her" So you walk over and talk to her, you hit it off, you get her number. Now you're married with 2 kids. That thought created an action, which created a result, and now that's your reality. What do you think about thoughts?

@Terra Wakazuri personally, I always carry my phone, my Omi, or my Plaud, so I never have that issue. The beautiful thing with my Omi is that whenever a really good thought comes to mind, I actually literally just say it right out loud. I look down, make sure the light is on on my Omi, and I just say it out loud.
Thank You VIPs — Open-Source Opus Clips Alternative 👀
VIPs — just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the warm welcome last night 🙏 Really appreciate the energy, the conversations, and how open everyone was. Excited to be in here with you all. Also, someone asked last night if there was an open-source tool similar to Opus Clips for cutting long-form content into short-form clips. This might be worth checking out: https://github.com/latent-spaces/nanoclip-cutting-room It’s called NanoClip Cutting Room, and from the repo it looks built around turning longer footage into vertical shorts with cutting, reframing, captions, and rendering in the workflow. Figured I’d drop it here in case it helps anyone creating content, clipping calls, repurposing trainings, or testing more open-source workflows. Curious if anyone has already played with this — and if not, drop a 🔥 and I’ll test it out and share what I find.
Use Case & Ideal Customer??
I'm still a bit confused. What are the precise use cases? Who is the ideal customer? Missed calls -> Recovered Revenue for plumbers sounds good but are missed calls really the bottleneck in their business?

@Jonathan Malkin I think what you're really asking for is a proven, turnkey use case: “show me what already works and let me replicate it.” The problem is, by the time it’s packaged that neatly, everyone else is usually being sold the same playbook. I’d work backward from the business instead. Research the niche, then talk to actual owners and find where money is leaking—missed calls, slow follow-up, dead leads, unclosed estimates, etc. And especially starting out in AI, the first offer can simply be a paid audit: 10–15 min discovery > $500–$1K recorded assessment > show them exactly what’s broken and recommend an off-the-shelf fix they can DIY or have you implement DFY. You’re not selling “ICM,” folders, or an AI agent. You’re selling less pain, more money, or a faster path to the outcome they want. Research gives you the thesis. Convos with real owners give you the truth. An audit or some other front end offer (or even a high value lead magnet that actually SOLVES a part of their problem) gets your foot in the door.
