@Aqeel Naveed It has taken advantage of Pending Refinery policy announcement but risk reward ratio is not attractive and not recommended for buying at current prices

@Makhdoom Abbas Cheema Margins of SAZEW will reduce but its still way ahead of competitors. Keep an eye on its sales, you can decide better.

Acknowledgment:
Believe me Stock Market is still considered as like gambling in Pakistan🇵🇰, and majority still don't want to even go near this. Thanks to mentors like Laeeq, Syed Faraz & Ammar Bhai I came to this conclusion that out of all Investment Asset classes in Pakistan. PSX is by far the best in ROI, the only thing is that you need to learn first and then execute. Thanks to all members also who tries to help and explain every query put up in this community. 🙌

Fauji Fertilizers Company (FFC)
*Fauji Fertilizer (#FFC)* 🪄 *Capital efficiency elite*: ROE at 55.1% and ROIC at 45% are exceptional, well above the 20% threshold, driven by dominant urea/DAP market shares of 58%/61%. 🪄 *Dividend aristocrat*: 7.93% yield passes the 5% screen with a PKR 8.50 quarterly DPS; FY2025 total payout reached PKR 37/share, reflecting strong cash generation. 🪄 *Earnings growth solid*: 5-year EPS CAGR of 25.87% clears the 20% hurdle; Q1 FY2026 EPS surged to PKR 12.1 vs PKR 9.3 SPLY, a 30% YoY jump. 🪄 *Valuation fair, not cheap*: P/E of 10.2x exceeds the 8x threshold; gross margin at 29.54% narrowly misses the 30% hurdle, reflecting input cost pressures. 🪄 *Balance sheet concern*: Debt-to-equity at 3.7x fails the 0.5x screen, though FY2025 net profit of PKR 73.6B and PKR 111B tax contribution demonstrate operational resilience. 🪄 *Stock Performance*: Trading at PKR 552, up ~25% over the past year; 52-week range PKR 425–685. 🎯 *Verdict*: FFC scores 6/9 "Buy" — it passes on ROE, ROIC, EBIT margin, EPS CAGR, market cap, and dividend yield, but misses on P/E, gross margin, and leverage. This is Pakistan's premier fertilizer play with best-in-class capital returns and a generous dividend policy. The 3.7x debt-to-equity is the key risk, but the company's cash-generative monopoly-like position in urea provides a buffer. At PKR 552, it's fairly valued for a quality compounder. > *Always do your own research (DYOR) before making investment decisions.*
