Emergency Fund
Where do you park your emergency fund? I have a Meezan savings account, but it costs 2,000 yearly in card and SMS fees.

You can invest in different assets classes like money market funds, income funds and equity funds through mutual funds or direct investment in PSX but decision is yours depending upon your age, investment horizon, purpose if investment and risk horizon

Buy when everyone is fearful and sell when everyone is greedy. Best is to be long term investor instead of doing short term trades.

Everyone will have his own opinion as per his experience. Go to PSX website and check top 10 brokers and see their performance and decide accordingly.

If you are new to PSX, then either invest in top 10 stocks of KMI30 or if you want to copy then invest as per percentages of stocks percentages of ETFs (MZNPETF & MIIETF)

Cgt tax
Dear sir i have invested 1core in meezan mutal fund and i have invested 20 lac in psx . If i book loss of 1 lac . Can my 1 lac is adjusted in my cgt tax which iam paying 15 per year on 1 core investment. Or my loss is only adjusted 15 perxent. Sir i need ans as i watched your video on cgt tax 5 timea but i didnot get the point..some where in video you said that 15 percent is only adjusted and some where i listen all loss is adjusted. I will be very greatfull to u .

As per my knowledge, if you booked 1 lac in any month, then 15% CGT will be credited in your brokerage account. However after completion of Financial Year, complete calculation for CGT will be carried out and adjustments will be made. Can be further confirmed by @Laeeq Ahmad .
