Well Iron Monkey Family we've reached the end of the New Year 30 Day reset, and here are our results. 🥁 Mo gets honorable mention, and I mean honorable. Despite being behind he showed up at least once or twice a week. He finished the competition with 19 points. Something to celebrate is I know he changed some of his food choices, and by being consistent he managed to gain a pound of muscle and decrease body fat -Congratulations Mo! 🥁Tabatha finished in the middle of the pack at 45 points 🥁 Greg and Melanie tied at 63 points!
