A business owner asks you for a quick 30-minute, "Just to pick your brain" call. (Or offers to take you to lunch.) No scope, no intro call, just advice. What do you do?

I would agree to the meeting. Not sure if 30 minutes is enough time for much depth in a conversation and my perspective is that it's an easy touch point to expand and deepen the relationship.
