So for my meal prep was going for a "Thanksgiving" type flavor profile but man now I be reading the fine print😅 It's just crazy how they try to trick ya🤨🤔 Welp definitely gonna be more diligent in reading labels👏 Cuz they be trying to take my vegan card away😆💁‍♂️

Navigating food enjoyment while inebriated
I enjoy alcohol and cannabis from time to time, but food becomes so much more enjoyable and craveable then. Non-teetotalers, how do you set limits for yourself so you don't overeat?

I like to fast about 14-16h, so I don’t have much time to overeat lol and I try to avoid buying what I crave the most (I’m a sweet tooth) 🤭

@Jessica Nieves VSC Activism Specialist I’ve been fasting on and off for a couple of years, usually around 12 hours. I started again a few months ago and decided to go a little longer this time. So far, it’s been working really well for me and it helped me lose some weight since I used to snack a lot especially while in a calorie deficit. Now, because I don’t have as much time to eat I feel more disciplined with my meals. Plus I think it’s better for my gut health too :)
What is your current favorite song on repeat, OR favorite song to blast in the gym?
