For me it's really underrated tool for fat loss, it's the most: 1. low barrier of entry. 2. low risk of injury. 3. very sustainable. It's funny how people think it's not a real form of exercise ๐ I'm curious what do ya'll think about walking?
@Orfeas Onasis Exactly man, once I started tracking my steps. It felt like a game of just optimizing my day to get the most steps in hahah. How many steps are you doing right now?
