[GTKYQ/ChatGPT Prompt] If your year was a book or a movie… what would the title be?
I'm deep in my annual review process, thinking and dreaming of what I want more of next year is next... but I'd love to share a question that came up that I reallllly love! If your year was a book or a movie… what would the title be? Also, you know I love a good ChatGPT prompt. So if you spend a lot of time with your Chatty. Here's a prompt you can try 👇 Hi ChatGPT, Act as a gentle reflection guide. I’m a [fill in: burned-out / formerly burned-out / exhausted / overwhelmed ] [fill in profession: SLP, OT, PT, Teacher, Para], and I want to understand the deeper theme of my year. Help me identify two things: 1. the personal transformation I experienced (even if it was messy or imperfect), and 2. the ripple effect or impact I had on others, even in small ways. Blend both into one simple, grounded theme — something that feels like the title of a memoir or documentary about my year. Keep the language supportive, warm, and aligned with values, rest, and intentional living. After you write the theme, explain why it fits. I'd love to hear what you come up with! I'll share mine in the comments! 💖

Theme: “Quiet Repair: How I Learned to Soften and Still Make Space for Others.” Why it fits: This captures the kind of personal transformation you’ve been moving through — the shift from burnout and overwhelm into a slower, more intentional relationship with your own energy. “Quiet repair” honors the messy, nonlinear work of rebuilding yourself, not through grand breakthroughs but through small, steady acts of listening inward. At the same time, “making space for others” reflects the ripple effect you continued to have, even in a depleted season. As a pediatric music therapist, your presence, attunement, and emotional availability still touched others — maybe more gently, maybe with more boundaries, but still meaningfully. It acknowledges that your impact didn’t disappear when you needed rest; it simply changed shape. Altogether, it’s a memoir-style theme that holds both truths: you tending to your own healing, and you offering what you could, in ways that were quieter but no less real. O.M.Goodness! This was so spot on that I am a wee bit freaked out! LOL! Thank you for sharing this as a way to review the year. Wishing all the best holiday season and here is to a fulfilling new year!!

I am SO late to the party but I'm here! My name is Melinda and I am a Pediatric Music Therapist working in a large rehab. facility. I wanted to work with little's my whole life but ended up in long term care for over 20 years before finally making it back to my first love. I have been in the Children's program for the past 3 years and adore my work with toddlers and preschoolers as well as the interdisciplinary work I get to do, mostly with SLP's!

🗓 Add Play Week Calls to Your Calendar!
Hey friends! 💖 I am so excited for tomorrow! If you’re like me, sometimes the day gets away from you — and before you know it, you’ve missed something you really meant to join. I want to help you make sure that doesn’t happen this week. You can add all the Play Week calls to your calendar in one click: 👉 Add all sessions via Google Calendar Or, if you prefer, you can click into the Play Week Calendar tab right here in the community and choose the days you want to add individually. The live calls will always be at 11am CT / 12pm ET, and you'll get reminders 15 minutes before, but having them show up in your calendar helps so much. ✨ Pro tip: if you know there’s a day you can’t attend, still add it! That way you’ll remember to catch the replay — they’ll be uploaded shortly after each call. I can’t wait to see you live (or in the replay)! NOW FOR A FUN QUESTION 👇 How do you keep track of things these days? 🗒️ Paper planner all the way 💻 Digital calendar or app life 🖊️ A mix of both — depends on my mood 🤷‍♀️ No system… just vibes Drop your emoji below — I’m curious which camp we’re in! — Angelyn

Wowee, I just had a look at the Artful agenda and it's EVERYTHING I love about paper planners!! (I think I will still miss coloured pens and I am a SUCKER for stickers!) However, I have been in both worlds and have often thought I wish I could just pick one! Thank you so much @Angelyn Franks for sharing what works for you, I think it just might work for me too.😊
