Yes it’s okay to balance it out a little after a higher fat day. You don’t wanna go too low tho but 40 is decent !

Heyy! If y’all have some suggestions to improve my fat, please let me know. I’m allergic to nuts (including peanut butter) and fish and soy I do NOT eat eggs, avocado or tofo or cottage cheese lol I DO like cheese. But only on like pizza. Not added to stuff Any other suggestions?
