Hi, I would like to know if you guys have any recommendations for strengthening grip since when I do pull ups or deadlift I feel like I have more reps in me but my grip is what gives out first and prevents me from continuing.
I personally do deadlifts and squats such as jump-squats, pistol squats which can be done with assistance and as @Simon Imhäuser said running and you can also add weight, like a weighted vest or a heavy backpack.
HI, so I do bodybuilding training 2 days a week and 3 days I do calisthenics style training (5 workouts total a week). Is mixing both styles fine or should I just do full calisthenics training and exercises?
