Get Found, Get Booked: Top Directories for Notaries
If you’re a mobile notary, apostille provider, or fingerprinting professional, don’t rely on just one directory to bring you leads. Here are some of the best places to list your business to improve local visibility and make it easier for clients, title companies, and signing services to find you: ✅ Google Business Profile — Free ✅ Apple Business Connect — Free ✅ Bing Places for Business — Free ✅ Yelp — Freemium ✅ Nextdoor Business — Freemium ✅ Facebook Business Page — Freemium ✅ YellowPages — Freemium ✅ ChamberOfCommerce.com — Freemium ✅ Manta — Freemium ✅ Notary Rotary — Freemium and notary-specific ✅ Snapdocs Notary Network — Free and great for signing-agent opportunities ✅ 123Notary — Freemium and notary-specific My recommendation: Start with Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, and Nextdoor for local clients. Then add Notary Rotary and Snapdocs if you want more exposure within the notary and signing industry. If you’re a mobile business, make sure your listings clearly show the areas you serve, your phone number, website, hours, and your main services such as: • Mobile Notary • Loan Signing • Apostille Services • Fingerprinting • Hospital and Jail Notarizations • Estate Planning Documents • I-9 Verification, where permitted Consistency matters. Use the same business name, phone number, website, and service information across every directory. Save this list and start claiming your profiles. A few hours spent building strong listings can help people find your notary business long after the setup is done. Notaries: which directory has brought you the most business?

Google works best but I have Notary Rotary, Snapdocs, 123Notary although I don't get any business from those. I'm going to work on the others. Thank you!
30-Day Local Lead Engine
One Service, 10 Real Questions: Build a 30-Day Notary Content Engine with AI + Google Search Console John leads a Tuesday training on using a structured document and an AI “master prompt” to focus a notary business on one profitable service, clarify a single offer and call to action, collect 10 real customer questions (ideally from Google Search Console), and turn four priority questions into repeatable marketing assets: website articles/FAQs, Google Business Profile posts, short videos, social posts, and email/text messages. Happy Friday! I have my 30 day campaign ready to go provided by my assistant Chatgpt 😁I have 2 things completed so far for the first of four priority questions. I was able to add the Blog page to my web site (pretty proud that I was able to do that myself) and I posted my 1st blog post yesterday. Today I posted to my GBP and tomorrow I will post a video. Here are the links if you want to check them out. https://ringsbellsandbliss.com/blogs https://share.google/iq7HVfFRvsrUzNX47 Any feedback is appreciated! Have a wonderful weekend!
"Social Posting on NMS"
@Rick Rolfe - I added the video for "Social Posting on NMS" On an 8/17 Notary Marketing Solutions support call, the host demonstrates how they create and schedule a marketing post promoting a high-earning mobile fingerprinting service for California nursing license applicants needing fingerprints completed in Idaho. Use it as an example for your own content. find it here: https://www.skool.com/notary-marketing-solution-9799/classroom/60454d26?md=c669f0a4965e4c9e9944a02858a48130

Review respones
Hi all. I was just looking at my reviews and all of the responses (I respond to every review) are missing. Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have to go in and respond to every review again??

I googled this issue and I guess it's a known glitch. When I pull up my profile in incognito I see the responses. Very weird! But I'm so glad that they are there.
