Many of you are just starting to dive into the invoicing system on the NMS platform and I am glad you are. I have been using it for sometime and have enjoyed all it has to offer. And i have a live example of how I use it . In the images below you can see how I add a "Product" and I will tweak the name of the product in the invoice to match the work I am doing and I will also add more information in the description below the product name. Second you can see the Subtotal Section and how I am using the "Discount", "Payment", and the "terms and notes section. In this example I wanted 50% down to start the project, and then the remaining 50% will be due when I ship the completed project to the client. And also gave him a multiple document discount of 5%. Last in my Terms & Notes section I have my terms, a project outline and T&C's - All sales are final. Drop some comments below about how you are using invoicing or maybe some feedback on this idea.
