Hey guys, I really want us to help each other grow, so I suggest that we all share the last things we learnt for cold emails campaign I go first of course: - using clay.com to personalize emails (the best software I found), you don't even have to use credits btw if you just use the openAI API - a software/agency called inboxautomate.com, they're really good to create and setup email accounts in bulk (google and m365), to connect it to your sending software, and to setup the warming and sending volume, I totally stopped wasting time doing all of this - and I've seen a guy adding "Sent from my iPhone" at the end of his cold emails to increase reply rate (truly genius, but idk if this works for every niche) What about you?

why no one is showing to your appointments...
So does it just it feel like no one is showing to your calls, it’s like no matter how many reminders you send, or how many times you try to follow-up after they no-show it seems like people are just out to waste your time. Well let me share some strategies that we’ve used that’s helping our show rate be above 85% for some our clients… So first off the only reason why someone would decide not to show up to a meeting they scheduled is because they don’t believe the meeting is valuable enough for them to allocate some time from their life towards. So ultimately the number one thing you should be focused isn’t sending more reminders but raising the perceived value of the call beforehand. Here are 4 strategies that we’ve used to help raise the perceived value of our calls and improve the show rate for our clients offers: 1. Sending custom voice notes and personalized videos before the call. When you send a personalized message this makes people feel appreciated and differentiates you from everyone else who’s just sending shallow text reminders and emails. It also displays that you’re willing to make extra effort before the call so people want to reciprocate by being there for you. 2. Having a thank you page with instructions on how to prepare for the call and pre-framing them on what to expect before the call. Here’s the thing sometimes people get anxious on getting on a call with someone because they just don’t know what to expect, they don’t know if they’re going to get on the phone with some slime salesperson who's going to try and hard-close them or if they’ll be talking to some weirdo. So by pre-framing you help alleviate that pre-call anxiety. 3. Sending less sms/email reminders Contrary to popular belief more reminders doesn’t mean that someone is more likely to show up to a call. Too many reminders basically insinuates that you don’t believe your meeting is important enough for someone to remember, so you have to annoyingly remind them. People will feel that needy energy and decide not to show up.
