I change my mind guided by my feelings. If something feels right, I'll just jump in it. If it feels off, I'm on my way in the opposite direction. Same for people. No regrets, no hard feelings. I am strong. Stress? Sure, I have plenty (who doesn't have, these days?). But I'm never overwhelmed. Make a decision then stick to it, and that matter is off your plate. Mind is but a tool to dig into our feeling and emotions, to find out why we feel a certain way in a situation, why we get triggered in that situation, or around a person. If it's me, then I'll work on myself. If it isn't me, a change of scenery is in order
