Hey everyone! 👋 I’m getting ready to start the 30-Day Pushup Challenge and wanted to check in before I dive in. Since I’m new to this, I’d love to hear from those who’ve already started or done it before: Any tips on: - Proper form (so I don’t wreck my shoulders 😅) - How to pace myself in the beginning - Ways to stay consistent and motivated - Anything you wish you knew before starting? Keep a straight body, start with small sets, do pushups daily at the same time, and warm up wrists/shoulders to stay safe and consistent.
