@Ted Ab not very accurate in my experience. True people search is more accurate and it’s free. I hope Zach addresses the issue, someone from their support team admitted to these issues when I reached out to them about it and said they were aware of it. I followed up about it and they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Pretty disappointing but everything else is great.

What part of Southern TX? Independence Title and Capital Title are some of the best that I've used. You have to call and verify that they do assignments though because not all locations do
