Progress- momentum- baby steps.
Do not compare yourself with others. Compare yourself with where you were yesterday. Keep momentum with every small action you take - baby steps. Every little bit adds up to a bigger change. 👇 What small steps have to set for each day this week?

Rest day.
Time, energy, health are all commodities that can get used up and depleted. It’s so important to manage the levels and build reserves. 👇 When is your rest day and what do you typically do to restore and recharge yourself?

During the weak , you do what you have to do on Saturday's I give my time to do Community work, Today I had a day off not doing any community worked and I also did not do my 3-5 km walk at 7:00 this morning. So today I rest 🍏
NEXT YEAR STARTS TODAY
Next year’s version of you won’t suddenly appear on January 1st. That person is being built by what you choose right now. It’s easy to dream about: ✨ The confidence you want to have 🕊️ The peace you hope to feel ✅ The goals you want to achieve 🌱 The person you want to become But your future self isn’t waiting somewhere in the distance. They are being created through today’s habits, standards, boundaries and decisions. If you continue tolerating the same excuses and repeating the same patterns, next year may become a rerun of this one. Don’t wait for a future date to transform. Start building that person today. Imagine meeting yourself one year from now. What is the ONE change they would thank you for starting today? Complete this sentence in the comments: “One year from now, I will be grateful that today I chose to __________.” 👇

Being consistently constant – especially in the seemingly boring things
So many times we give up just before our breakthrough not realizing that we were almost there. That is when real patience to push through is needed. To me patience means to be consistently constant in what I’m doing. Being consistent is not about always feeling motivated; it is about remaining committed and having faith to what matters. Believing that something is growing and developing, even if I cannot see it yet. Having “faith like potatoes”. Keep on watering the seeds. Believe that the seeds, although deeply covered in the soil and invisible, are developing under the ground, until one day the first sprig pushes through... Progress does not always announce itself with a dramatic moment. Real breakthrough is my spirit willing to keep showing up when the excitement has long disappeared and the results are not yet visible. The repeated, ordinary steps may feel insignificant in the moment, but together they are creating something bigger and greater that cannot immediately be seen. The "boring" thing I need to keep doing consistently is showing up for my own growth and development - learning, reflecting, applying what I learn, and continuing even when I do not feel like it. My breakthrough is hinged on my understanding that repetition is not evidence that I am going nowhere; sometimes repetition is the very road taking me to my desired destination. What’s ONE boring thing you know you need to keep doing consistently to get to your breakthrough?
