So I took a break from cinnamon rolls honestly because let's be honest they are not the easiest thing to make...not hard but they require some time lol...well I was inspired to get in the lab break out grandma's recipe book and try again. And once I figured it out...cause grandma kept secrets that are not on those instructions lol I put a twist on them and here they are my versions! I love the brioche base dough it makes it so easy to customize cause it holds up to additions like my new favorite biscoff bun lol ❤️😍❤️ what yall working on?

Hey guys transparent moment, I've had a horrible week. There's been two deaths in my family this week still been trying to push through but now my oldest daughter has Covid so I have to go and get my grandbaby to take care of her while her mom is sick so unfortunately, I'm gonna have to reschedule class.
