Patience is something I have to work on every day. I am a very fast mover, talker and thinker. However, I am learning, practicing and implementing ways for me to slow down and get out of my head, so I can be the best version of myself for my business and my relationships. If we show up to our lives stressed, overthinking and over analyzing then the quality of our product, life or business will be greatly impacted in a negative way.
