Let me ask you something.
What did your morning look like today? Not your workout. Your morning. Did you wake up with a plan, or did you reach for the phone before your feet hit the floor? Did you eat something that served your body, or grab whatever was easiest? Did you have five minutes of quiet before the world started pulling at you, or did you hand that time away before you even realized it? I've been doing this long enough to know that the men who are winning in the gym are almost always the men who are winning in the morning. Not because they have more time. Because they've decided that the first hour belongs to them. I don't care what that looks like for you. It doesn't have to be a two-hour routine. It could be 20 minutes. But those 20 minutes, before the phone, before the emails, before everyone else's needs, are yours. That's not selfish. That's a standard. And at the end of the day, men who hold that standard in the morning tend to hold it everywhere else too. What does your morning routine look like right now, and what's the one thing you'd change about it if you could? Drop it below. 👇

2 black coffee in my backyard in the morning sun before the rest gets up.
Hello!
Hey everyone, I'm Adi. A few years ago I lost over 30kg (50 lbs) and have been passionate about fitness ever since. I'm currently focused on staying lean, building muscle, and continuing to learn. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here.

@Keith Hanenian Esq I've actually been training for years at this point, currently on a 3 day a week push, legs, pull split with an optional 4th day when I feel energy is high and recovery is on point. I'm currently going through cutting phase. Off topic: you look amazing!

@Keith Hanenian Esq we will definitely keep it going, thank you sir. Here's where i started, and where im now. On the road to get to about 12-13% body fat. Im not trying to get huge by the way.
Full Body Workouts
Does anyone in here run full body workouts? I’m considering doing them 3 days a week and wondering if anyone has gotten good results from this split. I know it only gives the muscles 48 hours of rest compared to the 72 hours usually recommended but it seems like a good way to shock the muscles with more volume especially with lighter weight/higher reps.

My aim over the last year has been to find the right balance between frequency and recovery. I found full body workouts too draining at times. What has worked best for me is a 3 day a week push/leg/pull split with progressive overload and ofcourse tracking my lifts. I personally feel like any split would work if you're able to properly recover and enjoy it enough to stay consistent.
