Hi. I am not sure what to do or where to go for help so I am posting here because I am not getting responses from the support email. I signed up for the SDAI Marketing Leaders Skool Group July 26th. But I never received a receipt or login info? I also submitted a support ticket for this with no response? Can you please check if I am a member? I submitted a support ticket on July 26th regarding this to [email protected], The response was " Ticket received, we will get back to you in 24 hours". Well, it's been a week and I still do not have a response? 1 week, seriously? Also, my SDAI landing page stats (screenshot attached), show almost 12k unique views, but no sales stats? Do I have that many hits but zero sales/signups? I was told the back office would be updated with this information Wednesday 7/31, 2 days ago. Still no update? I know you guys are busy (growing pains) but this is getting quite frustrating and Im sure you can understand when the support team announces updates that do not happen, it causes frustration. I patiently await any support/answers support can give me. Thank you.
