Real Challenge
Well done, everyone!! I love seeing your meaningful contributions. As you rightly observed, the paragraph is quite formal and inconsistent in register — that's why it would get a 2 in CA. So here's a new challenge: rewrite the paragraph in a suitable tone for a review. If you're looking for your next binge-watch, this probably isn't it. It is widely acknowledged that streaming platforms have transformed the manner in which we watch TV, but this series? Total letdown. The characters are flat and boring — furthermore, the plot presents several deficiencies with regard to coherence. I nearly switched off after episode two! Nevertheless, it must be stated that the soundtrack is brilliant, so it's not all bad.

If you're searching for your next binge-watch, I'd give this one a miss. While streaming platforms have completely changed the way we watch TV, this series simply doesn't live up to the hype. The characters are dull and unmemorable, and the storyline is poorly developed and often difficult to follow. I was so disappointed that I almost gave up after the second episode. That said, the soundtrack is absolutely outstanding, which is the only thing that saves it from being a complete waste of time.

The review got a 2 in Communicative Achievement because it is too formal. A review should be informal or semi-formal and engage the reader, but this paragraph uses formal academic language instead. The grammar is correct, but the style doesn't match the task.

**What is most important is** having a healthy work-life balance. I think employees should balance one requirement against another and try to avoid burning out. **Having said that**, employers should also help their workers. Therefore, it is generally believed that both sides share this responsibility.

I think employers can help by offering flexible working hours, making sure employees don't have too much work, and encouraging them to take breaks and use their vacation days. They should also listen to their workers and support their mental health.
