What’s the most painful CRM + Make.com problem you’ve ever dealt with? 😭⚙️
Not the cute problems… I mean the stuff that made you stare at your screen like: “Why does this even exist?” Things like: • Webhooks firing twice for no reason • “Record not found” even though it’s RIGHT THERE • CRMs that randomly change field IDs • Make.com bundles coming in empty when they shouldn’t • Or the classic… QuickBooks API (💀) I’m curious what other builders are fighting with right now. Drop the one CRM/automation problem that nearly broke you 👇 Let’s see who’s living in the same nightmare.

@Hicham Char Bruhhh, that silent rate-limit fail is evil 😂 It’s the way Make acts like everything is fine… then you check the output and realize it just ghosted half your data. I’ve seen that “processed 200 and dipped” behavior a few times usually when the platform you’re pulling from throttles harder than Make reports. Have you found any reliable way to catch it early, or are you still using the “pray and refresh the logs” method like the rest of us? 😭🔥
Need help making an AI chatbot
I need to make a simple AI lead handling workflow through N8N for a barbershop. I would like it to classify leads, ask questions such as, what service they need and then do follow up responses if they dont reply. Can someone help me out?

@Isaiah Jett You can definitely build that in n8n. Just set up a simple classifier → question flow → delay + follow-up loop. If you need someone to help you structure it properly, let me know. I’ve built similar lead flows for small local businesses.
Google sheet - row by row execution VOL 2
vHi, since my previous attempt to solve the Google Sheets problem was unsuccessful, I've created a simple scenario that illustrates my challenge. There is a Google sheet with sheets: DATA, X1, X2, ... Xn - In the sheet, DATA are variables - There is a SCRIPT node that calculates via JS simple multiplication - row by row - Result of multiplication of variables from each row has to be appended by the last node into a different sheet accordingly to X1, X2, to Xn Simple? When the scenario was executed, all the results were appended into sheet X1. Could you help me solve my puzzle ?

@Grzegorz S This usually happens when the routing logic isn’t tied to the row index. Your script is probably outputting the right values, but the “append” node is using a static sheet name instead of a dynamic one. Make sure your JS returns something like { sheet: "X" + rowNumber, value: result } and then map that into the append node so it picks the correct tab on each iteration. If you want, I can take a quick look at your setup, here’s my portfolio if you need help: https://ade201.github.io/Portfolio

🔥 I’m curious about the community’s experience…
What’s the single hardest part of automation you’ve battled recently? Not the general stuff… I mean the real-world headaches like: • workflows breaking randomly • API integrations that behave differently in “test” vs “live” • messy Google Sheets data ruining a whole system • agents misunderstanding dates/times • or clients asking for things that seem simple but aren’t 😅 I’ve noticed every builder hits a different wall— and sometimes one small insight from someone else saves you hours. So I’m opening this up: What’s the automation challenge that’s been punching you in the face lately? Drop it below 👇 Maybe someone here has already solved it (or is battling it too).

@Troy P Honestly, that transition hits a lot of people. The jump from “controlled demo” to “real users saying unpredictable stuff” exposes every weak spot 😅 What part is breaking for you, latency, intent handling, or routing? I’ve had to tweak live agents a lot, so if you want, I can take a quick look and point you in the right direction. My portfolio’s here too in case it helps: https://ade201.github.io/Portfolio
