4BAD September 29th - October 5th: commitment
What are you committed to? Too often I allow the how to limit my commitment to a goal. If I don't know the steps then I tiptoe instead of march towards what I want. Where might you be doing this in your life? Committing to the life we want doesn't mean we know how to make it a reality. More often we are freestyling until we find something that feels like progress. But when we don't commit fully, the uncertainty increases problems, shrinks our capabilities, and we get stuck in our heads. I am committed building a growth rap movement. To that end, here's your opportunity to write your 4 bars this week. For those that need it, remember: 4 bars a day is... 4 lines 8-12 syllables per line End in rhyme Daily! Genius over doubt -Desmond

@Desmond Spann Health Care Industry GC involves making sure helpful health practices are being met in hospitals facilities clinics and holds practices to a standard that's working toward being functional and effective for caregiving medical facilities all kinds. Basically I'd be a boss of auditor of medical practices and creating working medical practices to help medical practitioners help people.
So what do you for work?
If you don't work how do you spend your days? Just curious what folks do when they are not rapping. I have a theory about rappers and careers but I want to see if it holds up.

1st rap song you memorized?
Here's the question of the week: what's the first rap song you memorized? I'm curious to how your journey began with rap. It's important to reflect on the beginnings of our paths to appreciate how we've come. To have gratitude for the struggles we've made it through.

Scapegoat - Atmosphere. I started really getting into rap with Def Jam Fight for NY, 2001 Dre, and getting hype to early Lil Jon and Ying Yang Twins type stuff.
[START HERE] Welcome. Let's start with the intros
Glad you are here, but who are you? Let's start with introductions! Where you from? Where you at? What brings you here? Something about yourself and your life.

I'm a neurodivergent hermit from Minnesota that loves to engage with different forms of entertainment but deep down people are my comfort. Getting out of Egomania that got me back into feeling confident because an antipsychotic but it helped me see my worth. I'm here for learning with a community of rhyme lyricist. My name and photo is real fyi. But I just want to be happy as well as comfortable and I'm a big nerd but for like a month I've just been trying to learn and grow as much as possible.

Truth matters. πŸ’― I practice radical acceptance when Ego is not in my way. Choices reflect onto your reality. I try to address my fears and anger.
